Cleaning requirements:
Without the use of CFCs, the removal of grease and oil from stainless steel bearings can achieve the same cleanliness as the usual solution cleaning in the past.
Previous cleaning methods:
Solvent or steam cleaning with trichloroethane
Recommended treatment method:
-Immerse the bearing horizontally in a 40KHz heated ultrasonic bath for 5 minutes. The bath contains a semi-aqueous solution with a temperature of 52°C and a high-concentration solution.
-Rinse for 90 seconds with an ultrasonic overflow in hot water at 66°C at a flow rate of 0.3GPM. The sewage enters the separation tank that can separate dirt or hydrocarbons from the water.
-Rinse for 3 minutes in three cascade tanks in hot water at 71°C with a flow rate of 1.5GPM.
-Use an air knife to blow, and then use a hot air dryer to dry, the drying temperature is 116°C
